IDOC's locator concerns state custody and supervision, not a current county-only detention.

Bingham County Restricted Criminal Records
Idaho has no blanket adult expungement. BCI's narrow application can apply when a person was arrested or summonsed but not charged by indictment or information within one year, was acquitted of every offense from the incident, or had all charges dismissed. It does not convert an Idaho Code 19-2604 withheld judgment or dismissal into repository expungement.
The applicant supplies identity and event data, the Idaho case number and county, charges to remove, and certified supporting orders. BCI asks for a self-addressed stamped envelope and allows 30 days. Clean Slate shielding is different. A qualifying one-offense or single-transaction case may be shielded after five years from completion of all sentence parts, including fines and restitution. Shielding limits public disclosure; it does not destroy the file. Juvenile and ICAR 32 protected records remain outside ordinary public access.
Bingham Treatment Court Records
